POPtART is the alter ego of Words&Stuff’s Lindsay Robertson. When he’s not creating brand identities, he designs artwork inspired by popular culture.

‘Clash of the Icons’ series

This series pays homage to the B movies of the past. Lindsay’s images show what could happen if the Island’s wildlife goes mutant and clashes with the iconic landmarks. The monotone images are created using a coarse screen of dots (like a newspaper) so as you get close up the image it starts to break up into a dot pattern.
